Dr. Randy Lee

Dr. Randy Lee was very fortunate to grow up in Chicago, Illinois. He knew he was interested in health care since he was quite young. He knew he wanted to help people heal but not by treating symptoms or disease with pills, shots, etc. He wanted to take a preventive approach, so he considered becoming a chiropractor. However, life had another path for him. His father began experiencing back pain and his father’s co-worker recommended he see a Doctor of Naprapathy. Neither Dr. Lee nor his father had heard of naprapathy. The doctor made a big impact on his father’s mobility as well as Dr. Lee’s educational journey. The doctor explained the differences between chiropractic care and naprapathic treatment. He became Dr. Lee’s sponsor for his education as well his mentor.

Upon graduation from National College of Naprapathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, in 2009, Dr. Lee interned with his mentor and at the college’s clinical sessions. Beyond interning with his mentor, he worked alongside him in private practice as well as at a multi-disciplinary clinic where he refined his skills learning a broad base of interdisciplinary techniques and approaches which allowed him to develop unique treatments for injuries and dysfunction in the extremities.

In 2012, Dr. Lee left the plains of Illinois for the beautiful high desert of New Mexico. Since arriving in the Land of Enchantment, he continued to expand his naprapathic care through practicing at a pain management clinic. His naprapathic care of sports patients allowed him to gain experience in sports medicine and perfect his joint injury treatment. The culmination of all these opportunities fit perfectly for him to become the Team Doctor for the local professional indoor football team—the New Mexico Stars—and set him up to accept a position as Director of Physical Medicine at Advanced Orthomolecular Medicine. In this capacity, he gained insight of the administrative side of health care while continuing to practice as a Doctor of Naprapathy.

Dr. Lee’s passion to help people through the most effective way has been reinforced through the flexibility of applying naprapathic care to any joint in the body. Although naprapathy is relatively unknown as a medical practice, he likes being able to provide care with just his hands and actually fix most issues for which a patient will see him. This aspect of his care motivated him to become a professor of naprapathy as well as a board examiner with the National Naprapathic Board and contribute to the layout and methodology of the board exams. Dr. Lee’s tenure as a professor allowed him to teach Naprapathic Technique, Anatomy, and the clinical side of the naprapathic curriculum where he taught future doctors his peripheral joint techniques. His love for the profession was the driving force to become a professor which ensured graduating doctors adhered to the truest form of naprapathy.

Despite Dr. Lee’s busy career in naprapathy, he makes time to enjoy archery, play video games, and be very engaged with his church. He is also involved in real estate investments and improvements as well as running a business in the legal and finance sector.

The next big mountain for Dr. Lee to tackle is finishing a medical device he is creating from what he has learned about body biomechanics. Stay tuned for the unveiling of his creation.
